Hotel Accommodation

CG center hotel is located 10 Min far away from Venue.
The cost is Twin-room sharing 90$/ per person. And Single room 110$/ per person.
If your requests are late, your team can be assigned to another hotel.
** All accommodation bookings must be made through the Organising Committee. Please contact the O.C. to arrange your accommodation booking at swkim@sports.or.kr

Nations Dinner

A ‘Nations Dinner’ will be prepared by the O.C.

The date will be confirmed later.

Shuttle Bus Service

Transportation between the Incheon International Airport and the Official Hotel will be charged of USD 50$/per person by the Organizing Committee.

** To secure a pickup from the airport – teams must confirm their arrival and departure times to: swkim@sports.or.kr with a copy to: office_arf@sports.cn
A shuttle bus service will be provided between the Official Hotel and the Competition venue during the Competition Period.

Liability

The participants are responsible for insurance costs of equipment and persons. The O.C. declines all liabilities for all kinds of damage in the area of the regatta.
