Notice on the 2025 Asian Rowing Championships –Hosting Rights Reopened
The Asian Rowing Federation (ARF) has received an official notification from the Rowing Federation of India (RFI) regarding the hosting of the 2025 Asian Rowing Championships, which were originally scheduled to take place in Bhopal, India from 26 November to 2 December 2025.
According to the communication from RFI, the India Organizing Committee will no longer be able to host the event. As a result, the schedule and location of both the 2025 Asian Rowing Championships and the 2025 ARF Congress will need to be reconsidered.
The ARF understands that this change may cause inconvenience to Member Federations and appreciates their understanding and flexibility. In light of this development, the hosting rights for the 2025 Asian Rowing Championships are now officially reopened for bidding. Member Federations interested in hosting the event are warmly encouraged to contact the ARF Office.
Further information regarding the revised arrangements for the 2025 Asian Rowing Championships and the 2025 ARF Congress will be communicated in due course.
